TrueTest Labs was founded in 2012 by Michael Gammel, who came to the testing industry from a career in finance — not as a lab tech, but as a business operator who saw an industry full of providers trying to do everything and doing very little of it well.
The premise was simple: focus on a defined set of services and execute them at a level the large national providers couldn't match. More than a decade later, that philosophy hasn't changed.
